His feast day is celebrated on March 17. The Feast of Saint Patrick is celebrated in Ireland, where it is standard, and especially in the United States. Each March 17 in New York organized a parade down Fifth Avenue in the participating crowd of people dressed in green.
 
San Patricio had to explain what was once the Holy Trinity. For all to understand, he used a shamrock as shown, explaining that the Holy Trinity, like clover, was the same unit, but with three different people. The first cloverleaf was the Father, the second was the Son, and the Holy Spirit last. After that, the three leaf clover is indicated as good luck as they represent the three persons of the Trinity.
